On Twitter, WikiLeaks has announced that it is now available at three new Web addresses, with German, Finnish and Dutch domain names, all of which are now working: http://wikileaks.de/, http://wikileaks.fi/ and http://wikileaks.nl/. The total number of leaked U.S. diplomatic cables on the site is now 667.
