Young Blacks Voice Skepticism on Hillary Clinton, Worrying Democrats
The lack of enthusiasm, and in some cases outright resistance, is rooted in a deep discomfort with the establishment that they believe Mrs. Clinton represents. They blame her for the Clinton policies of sending blacks to prison in the 90's and the police shooting of balcks backed by the establishment as examples of their mistrust.
